Property Assets

Rural Property Management can provide a visual reference by showing water assets from water sources, to storages, and associated pipework, their status when the recorded information is added via the portal, this can also be extended to show fence lines, gates and salt licks.

The key component to the system is that each asset is geographically recorded, by using the Latitude and Longitude coordinates, these are used to provide an overlay over Google maps to display the information.

Once the information is loaded, the portal is ready for use.

The portal has separate areas which can only be accessed after a secure login, and having privileges assigned.

The Homestead can be cenetred to be shown on opening the portal, to move around the map is performed using the mouse to drag the map around.

There are search functions within the asset area

•   Using Latatudie and Longatuide to identify the area of interest
•   Ability to assign and remove privileges of registered users, this can be extended to any supplier.
•   Enable the function to change the status of the water assets, by clicking on the asset to show the information window
•   A search function to find a particular water asset type

Those that have livestock generally have a lot of water assets over a very large area to allow livestock access to water, Rural Property Management has sourced a Smart Device App to record information when no internet is available, please contact us to discuss your needs.
